Amanda Bossard net worth
In 1992, just after graduating from high school Amanda Bossard started her education in marine biology with Alaska Pacific University, Anchorage in Alaska. Bossard started her commercial fishing career in 1999, when she started working aboard the F/V Sunset. The 65' schooner that was converted into an ice-fish tender was owned by Murat Aritan. Aritan has been involved in commercial fisherman since 1993. Bossard and Aritan are now married and have joined forces to stake their claim to their respective industries. They support conservative, profitable management of renewable seafood resources. Otolith has opened its market direct wholesale distributor in Philadelphia in the year Bossard came back from her home home with her two daughters, Bella 3 years old and Andre one, to Philadelphia. Otolith's name is an affectionate reference to Bossard's extensive experience with fish biology as well as her husband's extensive connections in the business of fishing. They are often apart for five months in a row while they pursue sustainable and financial goals which reflect their dedication and independence wherever they live. Bossard along with Isabella as well as Andre (ages 10 and 12 respectively) return each year, from July to August, to Southeast Alaska for the summer harvest of wild salmon. Two months after fishing using hooks as well as lines, and a 42-foot salmon troller they joined Aritan and were sold local processors of seafood. Amanda Bossard has been an anchor/MMJ for News 12 The Bronx since November of 2015, and for News 12 Brooklyn. She is passionate about telling powerful stories, and is a champion of all the good things taking place within the communities she covers.
